Wills and estates – everyone should have a current will, whether it is a simple document or a structure setting up as testamentary trust as advised by your financial planner. If you have been appointed an executor under a will, we will help you gain your appointment by the court as executor of the estate and help you administer the estate. Depending on your circumstances you should also consider a power of attorney.

Employment – advising you on your rights, your options to enforce them, reviewing and help negotiate employment contracts and termination and redundancy packages.
